Delivery Time Frames
Shipping methods and timeframes within Australia - All Parcels are shipping through Australia Post or selected couriers.
Regular Delivery (2+ working days) - From when your order leaves our warehouse this timeframe is entirely dependant on your destination. Generally, locations close or in major cities are delivered within a few days, while remote locations will take longer.
Express Delivery (1-2 working days) - From when your order leaves our warehouse In most cases delivery is the next working day if you fall within the next business day delivery network.
Returns
Any returns should be returned to us within 7 working days. If there is a manufacturer default you will receive a 100% refund or replacement including shipping. If you simply change your mind we will charge a 20% restocking fee.And you will be liable for any freight costs.
